地鐵車站環控實訓系統
一、系統概述
1.車(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)實訓(xun)系(xi)統(tong)基于(yu)城市地(di)(di)(di)鐵(tie)(tie)車(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)的設(she)計(ji),按照比例尺1:20定制,含(han)地(di)(di)(di)鐵(tie)(tie)車(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)和隧道區間。包(bao)括:站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)臺(tai)層、站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)廳層、地(di)(di)(di)面層、軌(gui)道線(xian)路等(deng)。車(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)主體為透明亞克(ke)力材(cai)質(zhi),可看清車(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)內(nei)部結構(gou);車(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)模型內(nei)的 BAS 系(xi)統(tong)構(gou)架與技(ji)術要(yao)求等(deng)相(xiang)關同樣基于(yu)城市地(di)(di)(di)鐵(tie)(tie)車(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)實際設(she)計(ji)要(yao)求;
2.車(che)站(zhan)設(she)(she)置地面出入口建(jian)筑、站(zhan)廳(ting)層公(gong)共區和(he)人員(yuan)設(she)(she)備(bei)室(shi)、站(zhan)臺公(gong)共區和(he)人員(yuan)設(she)(she)備(bei)室(shi)、環控機房、活塞風(feng)道(dao)風(feng)井風(feng)亭結構(gou)、新風(feng)排風(feng)風(feng)道(dao)風(feng)井風(feng)亭結構(gou)、隧道(dao)區間上(shang)下行線軌道(dao)與站(zhan)場停(ting)靠線;
3.配置地鐵列(lie)(lie)車(che)(che)模(mo)型1列(lie)(lie),模(mo)型列(lie)(lie)車(che)(che)可控,可實現動態模(mo)擬列(lie)(lie)車(che)(che)運(yun)行、列(lie)(lie)車(che)(che)區間阻(zu)塞(sai)、列(lie)(lie)車(che)(che)停靠車(che)(che)站(zhan)火災工況等;
4.配車站動態模型控制系統,包含隧道通風系統、排風系統、閘機系統、屏蔽門系統、扶梯系統、暖通系統、水系統、照明系統、信號系統等。站內動態模擬設備由 LED 燈、流水燈、小型電機、繼電器等電氣元件完成動態監控模擬。
二、實訓功能
1.可(ke)模(mo)擬實時監(jian)控(kong)(kong) BAS 環控(kong)(kong)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)設備、SIG 站場信(xin)號系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)設備;可(ke)聯動BAS系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)實現與通(tong)風空調(diao)大系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)、小(xiao)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)、水系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)、電扶梯電梯、照明系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)、隧道通(tong)風系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)等子系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)對接聯控(kong)(kong);
2.模擬真(zhen)實地鐵車站結構,學習(xi)認真(zhen)地鐵車站構成;
2.模型控(kong)制系(xi)統可實現系(xi)統的(de)就地/遠程控(kong)制切換(huan)功能;
3.能仿真實現車(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)緊急扣車(che)、放(fang)行,車(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)及隧道(dao)通(tong)(tong)風(feng),模(mo)擬火災報警時的應急通(tong)(tong)風(feng),控制電扶梯,在緊急情況(kuang)下全部打開閘機,切換屏蔽(bi)門可操作(zuo)狀態顯示和操作(zuo)無(wu)效(xiao)顯示。當控制中(zhong)心異常及通(tong)(tong)訊故障時,車(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)可切換成站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)控模(mo)式(shi);
4.屏蔽門、閘(zha)機(ji)可(ke)以電動(dong)(dong)運轉,與BAS環控系統(tong)聯動(dong)(dong)。站(zhan)內模擬(ni)設備可(ke)LED燈光演示,與BAS環控系統(tong)聯動(dong)(dong)。
