地鐵車站環控實訓系統
一、系統概述
1.車(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)實訓系(xi)(xi)統基于(yu)城(cheng)市地鐵車(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)的(de)設(she)計,按照(zhao)比例尺1:20定(ding)制,含(han)地鐵車(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)和隧道(dao)區間。包括(kuo):站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)臺(tai)層、站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)廳層、地面層、軌道(dao)線路等。車(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)主體為透明(ming)亞克力材質(zhi),可看清車(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)內部(bu)結構;車(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)模型內的(de) BAS 系(xi)(xi)統構架與技術要求等相關同樣基于(yu)城(cheng)市地鐵車(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)實際設(she)計要求;
2.車(che)站設(she)(she)置地面出入口建筑、站廳層公共區和人(ren)員設(she)(she)備室、站臺(tai)公共區和人(ren)員設(she)(she)備室、環控機(ji)房、活(huo)塞風(feng)道風(feng)井風(feng)亭結(jie)構(gou)、新(xin)風(feng)排風(feng)風(feng)道風(feng)井風(feng)亭結(jie)構(gou)、隧道區間上下(xia)行線軌道與(yu)站場停靠線;
3.配置(zhi)地鐵列(lie)車(che)模型(xing)1列(lie),模型(xing)列(lie)車(che)可控(kong),可實現(xian)動態模擬列(lie)車(che)運行、列(lie)車(che)區間阻塞(sai)、列(lie)車(che)停靠車(che)站火災(zai)工況等;
4.配車站動態模型控制系統,包含隧道通風系統、排風系統、閘機系統、屏蔽門系統、扶梯系統、暖通系統、水系統、照明系統、信號系統等。站內動態模擬設備由 LED 燈、流水燈、小型電機、繼電器等電氣元件完成動態監控模擬。
二、實訓功能
1.可模(mo)擬實(shi)時監控(kong) BAS 環控(kong)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)設備、SIG 站(zhan)場信號系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)設備;可聯動BAS系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)實(shi)現與通風空調大系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)、小系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)、水(shui)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)、電(dian)扶梯(ti)(ti)電(dian)梯(ti)(ti)、照明系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)、隧道(dao)通風系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)等子系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)對接(jie)聯控(kong);
2.模擬真實地鐵車站結(jie)構,學習認真地鐵車站構成;
2.模型控制(zhi)(zhi)系統可實(shi)現系統的就地/遠程控制(zhi)(zhi)切(qie)換(huan)功能;
3.能仿真實(shi)現車站(zhan)緊(jin)急(ji)(ji)扣車、放行,車站(zhan)及隧道通(tong)(tong)風(feng),模擬火(huo)災報警時(shi)(shi)的應急(ji)(ji)通(tong)(tong)風(feng),控制電扶(fu)梯(ti),在緊(jin)急(ji)(ji)情況(kuang)下全部(bu)打開閘(zha)機,切(qie)換屏蔽(bi)門可(ke)操作狀態(tai)顯(xian)示和操作無效顯(xian)示。當控制中心(xin)異常及通(tong)(tong)訊故障時(shi)(shi),車站(zhan)可(ke)切(qie)換成站(zhan)控模式(shi);
4.屏蔽(bi)門、閘機可(ke)以電動運轉(zhuan),與BAS環控系(xi)統(tong)聯(lian)動。站(zhan)內(nei)模擬設備可(ke)LED燈光演示,與BAS環控系(xi)統(tong)聯(lian)動。
