全面分析我國當(dang)前電(dian)氣化鐵(tie)道牽引(yin)(yin)供(gong)(gong)(gong)電(dian)技術(shu)、接觸網特點和安(an)全操(cao)作(zuo)規程(cheng)的基礎上,通(tong)過(guo)計算機(ji)仿真模(mo)擬(ni)電(dian)氣化鐵(tie)道牽引(yin)(yin)供(gong)(gong)(gong)電(dian)所(suo)涉及的供(gong)(gong)(gong)電(dian)過(guo)程(cheng)、電(dian)氣主(zhu)結線、相關高壓配電(dian)裝置以及安(an)全操(cao)作(zuo)規程(cheng)。系(xi)統(tong)由兩部分組成:軟件(jian)系(xi)統(tong)模(mo)擬(ni)仿真2個(ge)(ge)牽引(yin)(yin)變電(dian)所(suo)(1#、2#)、1個(ge)(ge)開(kai)閉(bi)所(suo)(主(zhu)供(gong)(gong)(gong)車站2#側線)、2個(ge)(ge)分區所(suo),供(gong)(gong)(gong)電(dian)方(fang)(fang)式(shi)采(cai)用直(zhi)供(gong)(gong)(gong)加回流線方(fang)(fang)式(shi),形成一套完(wan)整的牽引(yin)(yin)供(gong)(gong)(gong)電(dian)(正常或者故障(zhang)狀態)以及實現電(dian)源側、母聯側、饋出側聯鎖;硬(ying)件(jian)模(mo)擬(ni)系(xi)統(tong)(接觸網供(gong)(gong)(gong)電(dian)控制箱(xiang))向各段接觸網供(gong)(gong)(gong)電(dian),并通(tong)過(guo)串口(kou)接收來(lai)自軟件(jian)界面各隔離開(kai)關和斷(duan)路器(qi)的操(cao)作(zuo)信號實現各段接觸網供(gong)(gong)(gong)電(dian)狀態的變換。
1、接觸網沙盤模型
沙盤設有(you)(you)1個(ge)(ge)(ge)既有(you)(you)鐵路中間站、或N個(ge)(ge)(ge)既有(you)(you)線(xian)中間車(che)站、雙線(xian)區間、綜合橋梁、隧道(dao)、涵(han)洞,全整的圓曲線(xian)、平交道(dao)口、設典型(xing)道(dao)岔(cha)自(zi)動(dong)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi);2個(ge)(ge)(ge)牽引變(bian)電所、2個(ge)(ge)(ge)分區亭、1個(ge)(ge)(ge)開閉(bi)所(內部結構清楚(chu),原理準確(que),通電演示)與1個(ge)(ge)(ge)AT所(靜態模型(xing))。既有(you)(you)線(xian)接(jie)觸網(可通電)采用半補(bu)償懸掛裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置與全補(bu)償懸掛裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置,四股(gu)道(dao)車(che)站采用橫跨(兩(liang)個(ge)(ge)(ge)軟橫跨和兩(liang)個(ge)(ge)(ge)硬橫跨)。線(xian)路上設有(you)(you)分段絕緣器(qi)、錨(mao)段關節、中心錨(mao)節、饋電線(xian)、電連接(jie)器(qi)、回流(liu)線(xian)等(deng)設備及各種線(xian)路、信號標志并可通電演示及控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi),信號設自(zi)動(dong)閉(bi)塞。接(jie)觸線(xian)、鋼軌(gui)均(jun)為銅(tong)制(zhi)(zhi)。配遙控(kong)(kong)電力(li)機車(che)兩(liang)臺運行。整體形(xing)象(xiang)逼真,結構清楚(chu),制(zhi)(zhi)作精美,采用計算(suan)機控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系統 ,CRH2型(xing)動(dong)車(che)組從接(jie)觸網受(shou)電運行。
接觸網供電沙盤
沙盤設置2個(ge)牽引變電(dian)所(suo)(1#、2#)、1個(ge)開閉所(suo)(主供車站2#側線)、2個(ge)分區(qu)所(suo);采用彩色有機玻璃雕刻技術,來模擬牽引變電所的房屋。
系統(tong)實現(xian)牽(qian)引變電(dian)所、開閉所、分區(qu)所的(de)計算機綜合控制(zhi)(zhi)功能。利用計算機控制(zhi)(zhi)軟(ruan)件(jian)(jian)實現(xian)對牽(qian)引供(gong)電(dian)的(de)控制(zhi)(zhi)。真實再現(xian)牽(qian)引供(gong)電(dian)在(zai)不(bu)同運(yun)(yun)行方式(shi)和運(yun)(yun)行狀態下(xia)控制(zhi)(zhi)及操(cao)作功能,通過軟(ruan)件(jian)(jian)界面實現(xian)真實供(gong)電(dian)系統(tong)的(de)調度仿真。
