一、實訓室功能

1.能夠為學生提供空氣管路系統和部件的結構組成、功能原理等直觀教學；

2.能夠(gou)為學生提供空氣管路維護檢查實踐(jian)活動；

3.能夠為(wei)學生提供車輛地板面高度調節實踐活動(dong)；

4.能夠為學生(sheng)提供單元制動機的分(fen)解、組裝、檢(jian)測和(he)調(diao)試實踐活(huo)動；

5.能夠為(wei)學生(sheng)提供空(kong)氣管路中(zhong)主要閥(fa)類(lei)結(jie)構、功能原(yuan)理等直觀教學；

6.能夠為(wei)學(xue)生(sheng)提(ti)供單元(yuan)制動機設備的試驗實(shi)踐活(huo)動；

7.能(neng)夠為學生(sheng)提供制動(dong)系(xi)統(tong)操(cao)縱、維護的實踐(jian)活動(dong)；

8.能(neng)夠(gou)為(wei)學(xue)生提供空(kong)氣制(zhi)動的操縱演練。

二(er)、實訓室結構與(yu)功能原(yuan)理說(shuo)明

實(shi)訓(xun)(xun)室以地鐵車(che)輛為原(yuan)(yuan)型車(che)設計，培訓(xun)(xun)學員了解與掌握(wo)城市軌(gui)道(dao)車(che)輛空氣(qi)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)中的風(feng)(feng)源(yuan)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)、空氣(qi)電子控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)單(dan)元(yuan)、空氣(qi)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)、防(fang)滑單(dan)元(yuan)、停放制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)單(dan)元(yuan)、基(ji)礎制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)單(dan)元(yuan)、空氣(qi)彈簧系(xi)(xi)統(tong)、輔(fu)助供風(feng)(feng)等(deng)的結構、原(yuan)(yuan)理(li)、操(cao)作、維護等(deng)；實(shi)訓(xun)(xun)室動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)態原(yuan)(yuan)理(li)圖等(deng)周邊(bian)設施與城軌(gui)車(che)輛系(xi)(xi)統(tong)實(shi)現同步動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)作與控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)；配置踏面與盤形基(ji)礎制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)單(dan)元(yuan)實(shi)物用(yong)于(yu)學員掌握(wo)基(ji)礎制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)單(dan)元(yuan)的調(diao)整操(cao)作與方法；另外實(shi)訓(xun)(xun)室配置了一套(tao)驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)，用(yong)于(yu)驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)轉向(xiang)架的兩組(zu)輪對后，通過基(ji)礎制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)單(dan)元(yuan)完成(cheng)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)作。
