1.鐵路運輸綜合演練沙盤系統由一套沙盤、一套機車控制系統、一臺聯鎖控制器、微機聯鎖終端和CTC分散自律調度集中演練系統的車務終端組成。
2.沙盤由(you)N個站場構(gou)成(cheng)一個閉(bi)環式接發(fa)列車(che)(che)演練環境,站場的區(qu)間采用單向三(san)顯(xian)示自動閉(bi)塞,站場由(you)車(che)(che)務終端和(he)微機聯鎖終端通過聯鎖控制器(qi)進(jin)行(xing)控制。
3.沙盤模型(xing)采用(yong)銅(tong)軌制作,沙盤上道(dao)(dao)岔(cha)、信號機(ji)、軌道(dao)(dao)電(dian)路與(yu)現場一致。道(dao)(dao)岔(cha)的操縱(zong)、信號機(ji)的開關均由微機(ji)直(zhi)接操作。用(yong)遙控機(ji)車模仿列車的運行(xing),軌道(dao)(dao)電(dian)路即具(ju)備逐段三點(dian)自動解(jie)鎖也具(ju)備一次(ci)解(jie)鎖。沙盤上配有站(zhan)臺(tai)、站(zhan)舍、橋(qiao)梁、隧道(dao)(dao)、涵(han)洞,各種線路、信號標(biao)志齊(qi)全。
4.機(ji)車(che)控(kong)(kong)制系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)可由機(ji)車(che)集中(zhong)遙控(kong)(kong)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)和行(xing)車(che)指(zhi)(zhi)揮員(yuan)操(cao)作系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)軟件(jian)(jian)組成,行(xing)車(che)指(zhi)(zhi)揮員(yuan)操(cao)作系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)軟件(jian)(jian)根據站場(chang)上(shang)列車(che)和調車(che)信號的(de)(de)開放和關閉來(lai)指(zhi)(zhi)揮機(ji)車(che)的(de)(de)運行(xing)和停止(zhi),并將相應命令(ling)通過機(ji)車(che)集中(zhong)遙控(kong)(kong)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)發送到相應的(de)(de)模擬(ni)機(ji)車(che)上(shang)。行(xing)車(che)指(zhi)(zhi)揮員(yuan)操(cao)作系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)軟件(jian)(jian)同(tong)時提(ti)供(gong)模擬(ni)遙控(kong)(kong)功能在電(dian)腦上(shang)對(dui)機(ji)車(che)進行(xing)單獨控(kong)(kong)制。
5.聯(lian)鎖(suo)數(shu)據運算控(kong)制機模(mo)擬實(shi)現現場的(de)(de)聯(lian)鎖(suo)機功(gong)能,接收微(wei)(wei)機聯(lian)鎖(suo)終(zhong)端的(de)(de)控(kong)制命令來控(kong)制信(xin)號(hao)機的(de)(de)顯示和道岔的(de)(de)轉換,并實(shi)時將沙盤上軌道電(dian)路采集到微(wei)(wei)機聯(lian)鎖(suo)終(zhong)端。
微(wei)機(ji)(ji)聯(lian)鎖終(zhong)端上(shang)運(yun)行微(wei)機(ji)(ji)聯(lian)鎖教(jiao)學仿(fang)(fang)真(zhen)系統,用來完成站場的微(wei)機(ji)(ji)聯(lian)鎖功能的仿(fang)(fang)真(zhen)控制(zhi),并通(tong)過聯(lian)鎖數據運(yun)算控制(zhi)機(ji)(ji)與沙(sha)盤上(shang)的信號、道岔(cha)和軌(gui)道電(dian)路進行雙(shuang)向控制(zhi);
6.CTC分散自(zi)律調度集中演練系(xi)統的車務終端上運(yun)行車務終端系(xi)統和自(zi)律機系(xi)統。
7.整(zheng)個系統(tong)(tong)(tong)通(tong)過(guo)局(ju)域(yu)網與分(fen)散自律調度(du)(du)集(ji)中演(yan)(yan)練系統(tong)(tong)(tong)連(lian)接,分(fen)散自律調度(du)(du)集(ji)中演(yan)(yan)練系統(tong)(tong)(tong)制定行(xing)車(che)調度(du)(du)計劃并下發到微(wei)機聯鎖沙盤演(yan)(yan)練系統(tong)(tong)(tong),進(jin)行(xing)站(zhan)場接發列車(che)控制,站(zhan)場設備信息和機車(che)運行(xing)狀態通(tong)過(guo)微(wei)機聯鎖仿真系統(tong)(tong)(tong)上傳到調度(du)(du)中心(xin),供(gong)CTC集(ji)中控制。
